We Direct Bill to Most Major Insurance Providers

For your convenience, Otara Dental direct bills to most major insurance providers. We also make it easier to find time to visit the dentist by offering extended hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (till 7:00 PM) and appointments on select Saturdays.

How Much Will My Insurance Cover?

How much your dental insurance provider covers depends on your individual insurance plan and provider. However, most insurance plans cover between 50% and 100% of routine and necessary dental costs.

For more detailed information, please contact your insurance provider. If your insurance is offered through your place of work, please contact your company’s Human Resources department. Once we have your insurance information and have done x-rays and an examination, we can assist you with a predetermination of benefits.

Whether or not your insurance covers the cost of dental X-rays depends on your individual insurance plan and provider.

Not all insurance plans cover Invisalign or other orthodontic procedures, and those that do may only cover a portion of your costs. Invisalign is usually covered at the same rate as traditional braces.

Otara Dental welcomes all patients, regardless of insurance status. We treatment plan for your oral health and dental needs regardless of insurance coverage. For more information about the average cost of our services, or to get a tailored estimate before your appointment, please contact our office.

To help us get your appointment underway as quickly as possible, please bring a comprehensive list of your current medications and their dosages. To assist our staff in filing your insurance claim promptly, please bring your insurance information with you.

To cancel or change your appointment, please call our office at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice to our team you may be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Whitening is not included in a standard dental hygiene appointment.

Patients with minor stains that can be removed with dental polish will likely notice that their smile is brighter after their appointment. However, if you wish to have your teeth whitened please let us know when booking your next appointment.
